Both Carrie and Sara are incredibly professional, friendly, and makes what could be an awkward experience feel completely comfortable. Their technique is quick, thorough, and surprisingly gentle – I always leave with smooth results and zero irritation. The salon itself is such a gem – it has a cosy, relaxing vibe that instantly puts you at ease (which is definitely needed for an intimate wax!).
