Swedish Body Massage

Using a range of massage movements to target tension and muscle tightness whilst also soothing the sensory nerve endings. Increases circulation and lymphatic drainage to aid the removal of toxins.



Pregnancy Massage
75 minutes £50
A calming and soothing massage that can help to prepare the mother’s body for birth by reducing stress levels and helping to alleviate aches and pains and other health problems often associated with pregnancy. Research has shown that the baby can also benefit when the feel good endorphins are passed on to the baby from the mother during massage. Suitable after the first trimester.

Deep Tissue Back Massage

This massage uses a range of techniques to work at a deeper level on the muscles, tendons and ligaments. Trigger points within muscles can be identified to further relieve tension. It requires the therapist to apply a considerable amount of pressure which may cause some discomfort, however, the treatment will always be carried out to the comfort level of the client. Beneficial for athletes or sports enthusiasts, chronic joint or muscle injuries, and those that perform repetitive work that causes strain on muscles and joints.

Holistic Treatments

Hopi Ear candles

The candles work by creating a vacuum pressure inside the ear helping to loosen impactions and draw out impurities. Good for colds, sinus problems, excessive ear wax, rhinitis, catarrh, headaches and a good preventative for migraines. A very relaxing and calming treatment which includes a mini facial massage to further aid with drainage of the sinuses.

Thai Foot Massage

Thai foot massage is an ancient and powerful healing therapy bought to Thailand over 2000 years ago from India. It is a combination of acupressure, energy balancing and stretching. Whereas, other massages tend to focus on the muscles and joints a Thai foot massage will work on pressure points and energy lines. The benefits of this include the stimulation of lymphatic drainage, a boost to the immune system, improved circulation to legs and feet and it assists relaxation

Foot and Leg Massage

This treatment will help to release feelings of tension and tightness within the lower legs and thighs. Foot massage can also be very relaxing as well as helping to reduce swollen ankles by aiding lymphatic drainage to this area
